In Izumi Uchiha’s dream she lives a long life along with Itachi. On the ranking end of things, she becomes a chunin and then marries Itachi Uchiha. I
Itachi and Izumi have two children and she lives till 80 years before dieing of old age alongside Itachi. Izumi uchiha’s dream was indeed a spectacular in few seconds.

As she wakes up from the Genjutsu, Itachi held Izumi Uchiha in his arms and she died before thanking him for loving him so much. The story of Itachi uchiha and his girlfriend is indeed a beautiful one with a heartbreaking twist.
If it wasn’t for Danzo and all his wicked plans, Itachi would’ve lived the life he dreamed with Izumi Uchiha. What’s more he could’ve gone on to become one of the greatest Hokage of all time, thanks to his unparalleled intellect.

Did Itachi Love Izumi?
This is a question I often get asked by fellow otakus. They often come with statements like,why did he kill Izumi Uchiha if he loved her. I’d reply with to clear his doubts, but then follows the most cumbersome question, then why did he spare Sasuke Uchiha? Now that’s an ice breaker.
