Kadokawa’s Comptiq revealed that Youjo Senki (Saga of Tanya the Evil) is getting a special manga release on November 25th.

The special 128-page manga will adapt the dogfight between Tanya and Anson, which took place in volume 2 of the light novel and episode adapted in episodes 8 and 11, though the anime had minor changes.

However, Comptiq is hyping up a two-chapter original spin-off that will be included in the manga. Mangaka Kyoichi is being tapped to write a special cooking story that will star Tanya, Visha, Rerugen, and Zetour. He jokingly told fans that it won’t be a potato-centric story.

Finally, the humorous “Rerugen no Itsu” (“Rerugen’s Stomachache”) audio CD will have a manga adaptation in the collection.
