For those of you out of the loo, Sword Art Online revolves around Kirito, a high schooler who gets trapped in a game. Similar to the real world, if you die in the game world you will die in the real world. Kirito along with Asuna navigate the new world over time and the challenges it brings. Coupled with characters like Klein-san among others, the anime is a must watch if you are a fan of Shounen.
If you are looking for an Isekai anime to watch this weekend, then Sword Art Online is the perfect anime. It combines romance, music, not to forget action in a beautiful way. Most importantly, the chemistry between Asuna and Kirito in Aincrad is second to none. Which makes it one of my all time favourite anime.
With that being said, if you are planning to watch this anime either way, go ahead. I highly recommend it.
