   I think you totally missed the point of the show. Maybe you haven’t noticed but Hachiman, Yukinoshita and Yuigahama all changed. That was the Hachiman from the first episode a self-deprecating, petty human being.
   The thing was resolved in S1E1 at minute 9:

   Hachiman Hikkigaya:
   What the hell is with everyone telling me to change?
   I don’t want other people telling me who to be.
   Yukino Yukinoshita:
   That’s just how you run from your problems, isn’t it?
   Hachiman Hikigaya:
   Changing is a way of running from your problems, too, isn’t it?
   Why can’t you just accept someone for who they are and what’s in their past?
   Yukino Yukinoshita:
   That won’t… That won’t solve anyone’s worries, nor will it save anyone.

   What OreGairu taught me was that every time I change, I become a better person. If Hachiman had never changed, we would never see “the genuine scene”.
