For those of you out of the loop, Highschool dxd is one of the most popular ecchi anime ever made.
The story revolves around Issei Hyoudou, an average high school student with erotic thoughts. On a cold night on his way back from home, a maiden asks him out which changes his life completely. Similar to Tokyo Ghoul, the girl brutally kills Issei in order to posses an ancient weapon.
But things change for good at the last moment, as Rias Gremory, a crimson head revives him. She turns him into her servant. Not to forget, he gets a second chance at life, except he now lives as her devil. With that Issei life no longer revolves around the mundane things of everyday lives, instead it’s around devils where he realizes his true potential.
For you are looking to binge watch an ecchi anime this summer, this is perfect. Combined with great OST and characters, the anime takes you a ride like none. Additionally, the ecchi element compliments the story in every possible, making it perfect. Perosnally, I would give the anime a nine, all things considered.
