No, Soma and Megumi don’t get together.
The final chapter of Shokugeki no Soma was released couple of months ago. The series ends with Soma becoming Seat 1 and Erina joining as the head of Totsuki.
Interestingly enough, the creators released a full epilogue with special chapters for pairings.
What’s more the final chapter of the manga also showcased a promo where they indicated that there’s more to the series. Even though the anime had a twisted ending, it was perfect.
The anime was about food wars and not about romantic relationships, hence the end was befitting. Hence, the pairings take place once they finish graduating from Totsuki academy.
